Nothing teaches you about fueling (or lack thereof) and training (or too much of) than long days in the mountains.

I specialize in helping women find confidence, and joy in moving their bodies. I’ve learned some of these lessons the hard way, but with science informed coaching and nutrition I’ve been able to find joy in both training and food again. Learn more about REDs here.
